Oats Chilla – Weight Loss Breakfast – Diet recipe by Deepti Tyagi

This recipe is not only Healthy but tasty as well This is “Oats Chilla” have a look at the ingredients first 2 big spoon Oats 1 small Onion chopped 1 small Tomato chopped & seeds removed 1 green chilli chopped green coriander water cooking oil turmeric powder red chilli powder salt take oats in a big bowl add onion, tomato, green chilli & green coriander mix well add some water make a paste of all ingredients ad half teaspoon turmeric powder salt according to taste red chilli powder as per taste again mix well leave it for 10 minutes approximately so that all ingredients dissolve properly put a tawa on gas burner apply some cooking oil on it put the paste on tawa and spread it properly paste should not be too diluted else it will break cover it so that it cook well apply some cooking oil at corners and cook it on the other side as well after its cooked well on both sides serve it Oats Chilla is ready. I have served it with curd you may serve it with any chutney you like this is a very healthy & tasty meal

  4. I tried making your recipe but when i turned the chilla it broked.(WHY ???)
    Also i thought to add more ghee to make next one but it would make it unhealthy.Finally i made a oats upma out off chill(But it was tasty though๐Ÿค—). So could you tell me where is the problem ?
