  1. Hey everyone thanks for watching this video!! 3 weeks to go and therefore 3 videos remaining in Sexification 2020. I hope everyone finds this explanation simple and easy to understand about weight loss plateaus, and let me know if there are any questions.   2. Hi Randy thanks for talking about plateaus…cant wait to see the follow up on this. While I am doing self quarantine here I got lots of chicken, frozen vegetables and fruit. Ordered myself an organizer to stay organized with working out. Also not able to go to the gym and it would be competing with a lot of people to get in as all northern virginia is out of work and we can't be more than 10 people at a time. What app would you recommend?? 😊 Your looking great!! 😊

  3. Randy, I'm sure you're aware that even though the weight was the same as last week, there is a good chance you burned fat and gained muscle. So that is obviously a good thing.

    Also wondering how COVID-19 is going to affect your upcoming tour and challenges?

  5. Gravity in itself threatens the body the heavier the body is. 300 plus lbs to a body is not healthy no matter what tests say.

  6. Most effective diet to lose weight: Unlimited tuna/chicken breast and green vegetables and water. If you're on a plateau, try this, you'll lose another 50 pounds easy in the next 3 weeks. Takes a ton of discipline, but you can do it! πŸ™‚

  8. I'm doing the carnivore diet. Eat only animal products, eat when hungry, eat till full. The weight comes off without exercise, energy goes up, and I'm never hungery. No carb counting, no calorie counting. No tracking needed. Just eat meat, eggs, hard cheese, heavy creams.

  12. 1200 calories a day or less and you will lose weight fast without exercise. 1200 a day + walking or running you will shrivel away.

    If in deficit every days, metabolism slow down, plateau will keep happening has u need less & less calories.

  19. Lol there’s no secret to losing weight when you’re this big already. Just eat one less meal a day. One less cake, one less entire casserole, one less pot of chilli, one less mixing bowl or whatever the fuck eating challenge you’re talking on a day. HELL, even eating one less eating challenge a week and actually only consuming what your body really needs to maintain (going to just take a wild guess that it’s somewhere around the 3000kcal mark) is enough for you to lose 10lb a month. You Americans make me sick.

  24. I'd recommend cancelling your upcoming challenges to concentrate more on weight loss + staying at home to avoid the crowds etc due to the corona virus.

    In ur progress chart.. I didnt see any rest days… is if fine to workout 7 days a week straight without a day rest ? ….

    Ur workout involves 7 days with stacy and 3 days lifting in ur gym… so those 4 days that u dnt lift are ur rest bt it still includes cardio ?

  33. I think your sexification will be prolonged due to the coronavirus. Hopefully it won’t be extended too long but it will still be pretty bad for a few months.

  37. I remember when I used to weigh close to 400 lbs in the summer of 2003. That was back when McDonalds was offering super size fries and drinks. Now I seem to be around 215 lbs. Still overweight, but not as bad as before. I think 2003 was the year when I weighed the most in my life. Also, another thing I can recommend if you are on a diet is to take plenty of vitamins, sometimes, your cravings increase because your body lacks the necessary vitamins it needs to function properly, so it then tries to get you to overeat to compensate for the missing vitamins. Also especially vitamin c is important to reduce your chance of catching the Coronavirus and keeping your immune system functioning optimally.
